Preparation
Please download the Oracle VirtualBox and install it on your laptop before monday April 22nd!
You will also need about 4.5 Gb of free space on your harddisk for the virtual box we will use in the practicals.

Hand in a report on either one of these practicals before the deadline of July 14, 2013. Alternative: write a report about the practical at the observatory.

Observatory visit
On friday June 14th, meet at 10:00 at the observatory in Fuerstenfeldbruck. Easiest is the S-Bahn S4 in the direction of Geltendorf. A pickup can be arranged at the Fuerstenfeldbruck station, else it's a nice 20 min. walk to the observatory.
You will stay there all day, so bring lunch! You will also need your laptop.
